In Witter Springs 10/16/16 around 10am. Otis is a 1yr old fawn colored Pug with black ears and muzzle. He is not altered. Otis is a smaller pug not weighing more than 15lbs. He has on a brown leather collar with a name tag and phone number. He is very friendly and loves everyone. Please contact me if you see him. 707-972-3048. He is very missed and loved.
